Definitely come back and keep up the good work Platinum team!

The staff were hospitable and very helpful,the service was great,the room was spacious,the breakfast was varied,the rooftop view was nice. The aircon was error twice,but the engineering men were super quick in handling the problem after I reported to the reception.

The top shower didn't work,and the knot was somehow broken. Yet the hand shower worked perfectly. I stayed in room 923,,hopefully its bathroom could be carefully maintained.

Wonderful

It is beyond our expectation! We stayed for only 2 nights. Everything was great, there were pretty good options for breakfast, and they have live music everyday on the rooftop bar. The bed was comfortable and the soundproof of the room was pretty good. We thought we might hear some training plane around since the location is close to the ex-airport but nothing, we didn't hear any. The size of the room was perfect. It is worth for the money.

The location to the center. It took 40-50 mins to go to the center by car (considering the traffic, etc.). We chose this hotel since it is close to the house of our relatives that luckily can drive us around the city. For this reason I gave 9 instead of 10

Wonderful

Lots of buffet food option for the breakfast, kopi tarik and teh tarik was sooooo tasty! The food offered mostly traditional food and all is great and tasty! The room is big and super clean, the staff is very helpfull and warm Wifi connection is great! Hotel location is great near by local food ie Gudeg Bu Citro

The pillow is quite hard for me, it will be completed if the pillow is soft

Exceptional

Almost everything! The facilities,the staff and the services. Stayed for 1 week and really love the hotel..the staff are really friendly, buffet was good with varieties. Whatever my request was taken care of immediately.

The dessert We ordered some cakes from the counter but it tasted dry like it has been kept for long. Also we did spotted ants at some areas but it wasn't much of a problem.

Wonderful

Room were clean. Hotel staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was good, includes lots of traditional culinary.. as for the hotel facilities, we didn't have much time to enjoy them due to our activities around Jogja.

The toilet facilities in our room need improvement (though the technician were quick to help). Location a bit far from tourism center. Sometimes traffic around hotel could be a little annoying.

Breakfast is good, great if travel by plane, just across...

Breakfast is good, great if travel by plane, just across the airport, but if travel with car or train, located far from downtown. Comfy bed.

Stayed for 4 nites, first day asked replace for new towel cos the towel felt not dry, but never came. So i used my own. The 4th nite, asked for plate, but hotel's regulation ask 10k for it.....for me it is wierd, since mostly hotels i have stayed in Indonesia are free or maybe because the hotel is fully booked. Limited parking space near the hotel, but available bit far behind.

Loved everything, the rooms were great, nice and big, loved...

Loved everything, the rooms were great, nice and big, loved the polished timber floors, beds were very comfy. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good, clean and well set out, not many western options, but we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juices, pastries and various Asian dishes.

If you need to stay close to the airport is the perfect choice

breakfast rich even though they do not know what is a cappuccino the hotel is very close to the airport, some 5 minutes: however no noise inside rooms

the constructions material are on the cheap side, especially in the bathroom, still in the bathroom the cleaning is forgetting to look at some critical areas ...

The staff were great,really nice and patient.

The staff were great,really nice and patient. They even prepared breakfast at 5am as we had an early flight and arrange transfer to the airport.

Visit ot Burubudur

Hotel was very close to Airport. Almost walking distance if u don.t mind the heat and crossing a busy road. Shuttle not immedeatly available. On the way back it was!. A nice small pool on the roof with a few dangerous stairs , because they are wet from the pool. Good restaurant (take the small lumpia,s) Breakfast (european style) simple and orange juice was kind of lemonade.

Music in the bar area was not turned off while a female singer was singing a stair higher. Self iniative by staff is not common practice in Indonesia. Went to Burubudur in the afternoon 40 km took 2 hours and 20 minute and on the way back 2 hours.

enjoy the short stay - standard

Just next to the airport, walking distance about 3-5 minute only. Room was ok, the size is ok, no carpet, we stayed at 7th floor, the view is city (too bad can not see the airplane from the room). The bathroom is nice compare to the room or restaurant. The restaurant is not big, the food just ok, the selection not so much. Easy to buy Bakpia or else.. near to the shops and a lot of choices..but better do it in the morning before 9 or after 4 (since you need to walk and no shelter so can be very hot in the middle of the day. The swimming pool was close, too bad :-( we can only sit beside the pool and enjoy the airport view - nice view.

the breakfast could be better or at least have one that taste above average. the parking is small 40-50 mnt to the city not that close, consider the city traffic. No playground for kids.

A nice hotel really close to the airport.

Really close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The staffs who picked us up from and to the airport were really nice and helpful, and offered if we need to go to nearest supermarket if we needed anything.

We found nothing we disliked.

White Golden New Year's Eve Dinner in Platinum Hotel...!

The room is very spacious, very convenient bed, rain shower, very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool on the roof of the 10th floor. Enough food to eat till the end of breakfast time which is quite unusual for hotels in Indonesia. One hour earlier check-in and one hour later check-out.

The presentation of the New Year's Eve dinner was completely in Indonesian language. The presentation took about more than 4 hours and I didn't understand one word of it. There was a possibility to win 10 million rupiah during the dinner but at the moment the winning number would be mentioned they changed it into 3 prices of 2, 3 + 5 million rupiah. It felt a little corrupt to change the rules at the end.

Good choice, especially if you want to stay closed to Yogyakarta airport

room is nice and clean.....big and comfort. staffs are friendly and helpful (even through they are not so fluency in English). a lot choice at breakfast buffet ad they start from 5.30 am which is really early and suitable for people who has early morning flight. even the hotel is just opposite from the airport, it's quite convenience to have the complimentary shuttle service, especially when you have a lot luggage.

the surrounding area of the hotel is not so invited and traffic around is so badly jam.
